Utah requires 41°F or below
Temperature-controlled-for-safety food has to be held at 41°F or below (Utah Admin. Code R392-102-12). So when a walk-in starts drifting, the inventory inside it and your next health inspection are both on the line along with the equipment.
We work on commercial refrigeration exclusively, which means the technician arriving already knows your equipment. It also means we will tell you when a repair is the wrong answer.
