Bar and brewery refrigeration

Draft beer is unforgiving about temperature. A keg box running a few degrees warm pours foam, and a glycol loop that has lost efficiency does the same thing further down the line. A good share of what gets diagnosed as a draft system problem turns out to be refrigeration.

We service walk-in keg coolers, glycol power packs and trunk lines, back-bar bottle coolers, glass frosters, and the undercounter units that take the worst door-cycling abuse in the building.

Park City adds a wrinkle. Condenser performance falls with air density, so equipment specified at valley elevation runs closer to its limits at 7,000 feet. Resort bars working at full capacity through a compressed season feel that margin immediately.
